Whole Meat Pre-Order Menu

ALL Meats will be WHOLE not cut.

All orders are PICK UP not delivery

You will be responsible for cutting your own meat; meat will NOT be cut

2-3 days notice required

 

Meats: MEATS ARE WHOLE UNCUT

They will not be cut per lb, avg weight is the range of what you will receive

 

Est 1/4lb to 1/2lb per person total meat

 

All natural Prime Black Angus Brisket: $17lb

(8lb brisket feeds 14-16ppl / avg $8.50 per person)

-A whole brisket avg cooked weight is 6-8lbs

 

All natural Turkey Breast: $13lb

-WHOLE Turkey Breast avg cooked weight is 3-4lbs

 

Pork Butt: $13lb

-WHOLE Pork Butt (Pulled Pork) avg cooked weight is 4-6lbs

 

WHOLE Chicken: $10 per

 

Sausage: $12 lb Whole lbs only

 

Spare Ribs: $22 per, whole racks only

 

Beef Ribs: $16.50 per lb, whole racks only (3 "dino" ribs per rack)

-Whole Beef Racks avg cooked weight is 4-5 lbs

 

**Please let us know if you are wanting something on the smaller or larger spectrum of  “Avg. cooked weight”  We estimate a ¼ to ½ lb per person total meat.  We can not guarantee size or weight.

If you are needing a specific number of pounds please let us know and we will get as close as possible

 

**Please let us know whether you’ll be reheating the item or not. If you are reheating the meat, it will be cold and reheating instructions are on our website under the menu tab

 

Sides:

All sides come Full pan, ½ pans and Quarts only

Approx. 75-80 ppl per Full Pan $80

Approx. 20-25 ppl per 1/2 pan $30

Approx. 6-8 ppl per Quart $10

Cobbler (Peach or Cherry) - 1/2 pans only

Baked Beans

Coleslaw

Green Beans - 1/2 pans only

Spinach Salad - 1/2 pans only

 

*Pickles, onions, jalapenos, bread and sauce do NOT come with whole meat orders

**Sauce (BBQ , Pulled Pork and/or Green Chile Ranch) can be purchased for

8oz – 2.95 16oz – 4.95 32oz – 7.95  (We est. 1-2oz per person for BBQ or Pulled Pork sauce)

 

Please fill out pre-order form, confirmation email will be sent with Deposit invoice to pay.  Please allow 48 BUSINESS hours.
